On a regular basis people do approach me for an artistic portrait or fine art nude photoshoot. Sometimes I feel that they are a little afraid to book a shoot because they assume missing the right experience.

You don’t need to be a model nor experienced to create beautiful photographs, on the contrary. Many of the models who are posing in my artwork are everyday people, like you and me. These models are an essential part of my work and I have great respect for them. After all these years of photography, I know very well how to create the right atmosphere in order to achieve superb results. And when creating fine-art-nude studies, the ambiance with care, comfort and respect is a first crucial step towards a magnificent result.

Way of working

Before we get started, we talk extensively about your ideas and wishes, what atmosphere you are looking for in the shoot and which location and attributes are right for you. As a start, we can meet in my studio in Delft, on location or have contact by telephone, what suits you best. Do you want a strong portrait, a cozy family photo or a glamour-shot, or are you looking for fine art nude? We discuss the many possibilities such as the use of textile creations that you frequently see in my photos. On the shooting day it is common to bring a family member, partner or friend. It is nice to have someone around that you are familiar with.

Duration

A photoshoot takes roughly three hours. With that, there is plenty of time to get used to the setting and work in co-production with me towards the finest results. During the photoshoot, we regularly review the photos on the screen and there is plenty of room for personal feedback and creativity. We will only stop when we are completely satisfied and we have achieved the perfect result we had in mind.

Result

As the outcome of the session you will find approximately 40 photos on a private webpage. From these pictures you will be able to choose the most stunning photos and decide how you want them to be processed or printed. If requested, the ordered photos are delivered conform the latest standard of fine art printing technology e.g. mounted on Perspex Dibond.

Prices

Price: € 600, – incl VAT (BTW) for a three hours photoshoot in my studio including the selection and editing of photographs and two prints on a size you choose (from A4 to A1).

A fine art print on aluminum or other material can be ordered at additional cost.
